Delivery

Can I change my delivery address?
  • You can change the delivery address post-payment and prior to shipping of your order. However, this cannot be done online and will be managed offline, via email or call correspondence.
Do you deliver to rural and/or outlying areas?
  • Yes we can deliver to most areas but unfortunately not all, we will confirm with you at time of Checkout should we be unable to deliver to your area.
  • Some remote areas will cost a little more and we will let you know if this is the case as we know nobody likes additional unexpected costs.
Where will you not deliver to ?
  • We do not deliver to places that do not have a physical address that can be used by the courier company, so no P.O.Boxes or plots that do not appear on the local house address register.
  • We do not deliver outside the boarders of South Africa.
  • We do not deliver to third parties on your behalf... Sorry, no gift deliveries.
  • If you are not sure , please give us a call and we will happily confirm for you.

Purchasing

How do I buy on the website?

1. Searching for Products on our Website

  • On our Home page, you can access the Shop page via the Shop option on the top of the page, or alternatively, click on Shop Now button on the first  Banner. This will take you straight to our Shop Page. 
  • For your ease of use, you are also able to access all the following browsing options via our home page:- 
    • Product Categories
    • Shop By Project
    • All our current Promotions 

2. Adding Products to your Cart 

  • Once you have selected the product(s) you would like to purchase, select "add to Cart" (on the top right-hand corner of the page). Your Cart will contain all the products which you have selected to buy. At this stage, you can go back to the store to purchase additional items should you want to or remove items you may want to change.
  • Once you have completed your shopping, please click on Checkout.

3. How to Checkout

  • On your initial purchase, you will be required to register by completing your Name, Delivery address, email, and contact number. This will create your account which you will be able to utilise for future purchases.
  • You will be required to select one of the following delivery options:- 
    • Our Courier who will deliver your order to your door.
    • Collect from our premises in Pinetown
  • Please take note of our "Free Delivery" options. For all orders over the value of R500.00 and up to a maximum of 30 kgs are free, this option is for main centres only within South Africa. For your convenience, we have included Pop up reminders during the Check out process.
  • Select your Payment option. Should you have a coupon you can enter your Coupon number at this point so the discount can be applied to your payment.
  • Please ensure you review you order prior to completing you payment.
